The University Hospital of the West Indies (UHWI) invites bids for the supply of a IP Telephony & Unified Communication (IPT) system. Funding for this Project will be provided by the UHWI
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS- Copy of valid registration certificate with the Public Procure-ment Commission (PPC) in the Telecommunication Supplies/ Telecommunication Services
- Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
- Completed and signed Bid Form.
- Proof from the manufacturer that the bidder is authorized to supply the equipment being offered.
Failure to provide all of the above will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
Tender documents may be collected 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday from: December 30, 2020

Bidders are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) to the Cashier, Accounts Department, Administration Building, UHWI, for the tender documents which may be obtained on presentation of the receipt.
Clarification of the tender documents may be requested by letter to the address above or by email at ainsworth.buckeridge@uhwi.gov.jm or uhwiprocurement@gmail.com no later than 3:00 p.m., January 11, 2021.
Bids in sealed envelopes must be returned no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, Monday, January 18, 2021 and deposited in the marked tender box located at the Procurement Unit, Nurses Residence, The Dome.
Bid opening will commence at 2:15 p.m., Monday, January 18, 2021 in the UHWI Boardroom, Administration Building, UHWI, Mona. Bidders’ representatives are invited to attend.
The University Hospital of the West Indies is not bound to accept the lowest bid received and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to redo the tender.
