On May 10th, 2018 the University Hospital of the West Indies celebrated the contribution made by eighty-three members of staff through the hosting of a Long Service Awards, held at the Mona Visitor’s Lodge and Conference Centre.  The occasion was used to recognize the long and invaluable service given to the organization  by 83 members of staff. Awardees were divided into five categories by years of service : 30 -34 years, thirty-four employees; 35 -39 years, 28 employees;  40 -44 years, seventeen employees; 45 -49 years, two employees; 50 years, two employees.

Mrs. Linda Ming (in photo)and Professor Barry Hanchard  were awarded for fifty years of service.
